IMTAS Prosjekt AS is the #firstchoice and constantly developing. We are looking for a skilled supervisor who wants to contribute to the further development of our refractory department.

About the position

As a supervisor at Ildfast, you will play a central role in the planning and implementation of our assignments. You will be a professional role model, contribute operationally to the work and ensure good progress, quality and HSE. The role involves close dialogue with customers, colleagues and management.

Work tasks

• Planning and coordination of projects within refractory and concrete.

• Coordination and follow-up of personnel.

• Dialogue and follow-up with customers before, during and after assignments.

• Purchasing and coordination of materials and equipment for projects.

• Operational participation in the work, with responsibility for progress, quality, order and HSE.

Qualifications and characteristics

• Certificate in concrete engineering or other relevant subject.

• Concrete professional experience, preferably from working with refractory materials.

• Experience with work management is an advantage.

• Driving license class B.

• Relevant courses/certifications: Forklift (T4), Overhead crane (G4), Hot work, Personal lift/fall protection.

• Solid and relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
